Herd health is very important. We have tested for CAE, CL, and Johne's disease. So far all tests have been negative.
Update: All adults tested negative for CAE in March 2014.
Any animal sold can not be returned to the property for biosecurity reasons.
G-6-S is not a biosecurity issue but we have included this information on this page because it is related to health.We are still testing for G-6-S. As we finish testing our herd we plan to post results. We do have a two known carrier does which are listed on their individual pages.
General note: If you see weird clipped spots in the pictures of my goats located behind their elbow, when I vaccinate or give other injections (B-12, multimin, etc.), I prefer to clip the area first because it makes it easier for me to insert the needle properly.
